I am a 2023 graduate, with a Bachelor's Honours Degree in ‘Visual Communication and Design’ from the University of the Highlands and Islands. 

 

My 2023 graduation year project: 

The creation of a cookbook featuring modernised versions of Scottish recipes,  with university students as the target audience.

 

The cookbook is the main component of the creation of a ‘Student Survival Pack’ that will contain items to help students through the cost of living crisis in the UK. As well as aiming to provide resources that allow students to find joy in cooking, no matter their skill level or previous experience in the kitchen.
