The creation of a cookbook featuring modernised versions of Scottish recipes,  with university students as the target audience.

 

The cookbook is part of a ‘Student Survival Pack’ which includes items that aim to allow students to find joy in cooking, no matter their budget, skill level or previous experience in the kitchen
