Porridge

Recipe - version 1

Ingrediants

80 grams of porridge oats.

300 ml of milk - oat milk.

Salt - to season.


Tools and equipment

Large pot

Cooking spoon


Method

Step 1

Measure out the oats and the milk. Now, place them into the large pot over a medium heat.


Step 2

Add a sprinkle of salt and stir to combine.


Step 3

Cook the porridge for 5 - 6 minutes and make sure to continuely stir. To adjust the consistency and make the porridge more thin, add more milk.


Optional

You have have the porridge the way it is, or add your favourite toppings to serve.


Alternative ingredients

Regular porridge oats can be swapped for Gluten free oats.

Dairy milk can be swapped for dairy free milk alternatives.


We recommend oat milk for this recipe.
