Ingredients
- Lorne sausage
- Baked Beans
- Eggs
- Sliced bread
- Butter
Tools and equipment
- Kettle
- Two cooking pots
- Two cooking spoons (silicone or metal)

Method
Part 1
Set the oven to ‘grill’ and preheat it on medium heat. Carefully, place the lorne slice(s) onto the grill and cook for 6 - 8 minutes. Turning occasionally. Whilst the lorne is cooking, fill up the kettle and boil it.
Part 2
Place the eggs in a pot and fill it with boiled water until the eggs are covered. Boil the eggs on medium heat, for 4 - 6 minutes. Fill a second pot with beans and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Or until the beans reach the desired temperature.
Part 3
Once cooked, turn off the burners. Set the grill to low heat to keep the lorne hot. Toast the sliced bread and butter when ready. To serve, place the eggs in egg cups. Add the beans, toast and lorne sausage to your plate.
